Bookings are from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 12 midday.

In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required. If you are booking within 10 weeks of arrival date, full payment is necessary. Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros

We will make every effort to assist if you need to alter your arrangements. If you are prevented from taking your holiday you may transfer your booking to another person. Any cancellation must be made in writing. The following charges would be payable
- cancellation made more than 10 weeks prior to arrival results in loss of deposit
- cancellation within 69 days prior to arrival would result in forfeit of full rental amount

gas electricity and water charges
local telephone calls
broadband
internet radio
linen
laundry
cleaning
staff
any other services as shown

does not include

additional services or hours of villa staff
holiday insurance
breakages and damages form on arrival

Please indicate any special requests at time of booking. Every endeavour will be made to accommodate the special needs of guests. The provision of special requests does not, however, constitute a term of the contract

A contract will come into existence when your booking is confirmed and an invoice is issued. When you make a booking you are confirming you understand the booking conditions and have accepted them. All contracts are subject to English law
